2-secure is an innovative
solution to small business and home security and monitoring.
The solution gives you live images over the Internet and on
Internet ready mobile phones. Motion detection software will
alert you via email and sms text message so you can view the
live images or archived event log to confirm an intrusion to
your property.
The 2-secure system was developed in
response to our own experience of ineffectual alarms and
monitoring services supplied by third party companies. Most
small businesses and private residencies can afford burglar
alarms, which simply seem to annoy neighbours or perhaps
central monitoring services which are expensive and not 100%
reliable.
The 2-secure system requires users to have
a reasonably modern computer with a permanent Internet
connection. We supply the rest of the hardware and software
needed to get up to 16 cameras installed at your premises and
make the live images available over the Internet for access by
any computer anywhere in the world. We also supply a custom
viewer software application, which is downloadable, to most
mobile phones allowing you to view live steaming images on the
phone.
Our software features controls to set the
cameras to motion detection, so the cameras act as PIR's and
report any movement by email and also SMS text message to
mobile phones. The local computer can be set to record live
images in Digital Video Recorder mode and ftp images off site
for added security. A record of events (alarms) is also stored
on your computer.
On basic WAP compatible mobile phone
handsets, you have the facility to arm, disarm and check the
system status. If you have a mobile phone handset with
picture support you can even view still images,
if you
have a handset with Java support you can also view live
streaming images.
As part of the solution you are also
provided free of charge with your own Internet page on our
server and from these pages you can view still images, view
live images streamed directly from your computer of all four
cameras, arm the system with any custom profile that has been
previously set up on the control software, disarm the system,
check the system status, and even send yourself text messages
and emails to confirm the system status.
